Terms of service

Order Processing: You acknowledge that orders take 2–5 business days to process before being handed to our shipping partners.

Shipping Timelines: You understand that delivery to the USA/UK/EU/AU takes 7–15 business days, and the Rest of World  takes 15–45 business days.

Tracking: You will receive a tracking number for your order; however, we do not send a separate "Order Shipped" notification email.

Customs & Taxes: You agree that customers are responsible for any local customs duties or taxes incurred upon arrival in your country.

Address Accuracy: You are responsible for providing a correct shipping address. We cannot redirect packages once they have been dispatched.
