At Flip Lyte, we want to make your experience as simple as possible. Because we ship our wooden book lamps worldwide, we have designed a unique "No-Return" policy to save you time and effort.

Damaged or Faulty Items? Keep It!

If your lamp arrives damaged (cracked wood/pages), doesn't light up, or is the wrong item, we’ve got you covered. Instead of making you go to the post office to ship it back, we follow a "Keep It" Policy:

Report the Issue: Contact us at fliplyte@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery.


Show Us: Please include a photo or short video of the damage/defect.

Your Choice: Once approved, we will send you a brand-new replacement lamp for free, or issue a full refund.

No Return Needed: You do not need to ship the original lamp back to us. You can keep it or dispose of it as you wish.


Understanding Your Book Lamp

Our wooden book lamps are designed as decorative accent pieces for mood lighting. They are crafted to provide a warm, gentle glow for small areas—such as a bedside table or desk. They are not intended to serve as a primary light source for an entire room.So unfortunately we will not accept these problems but we will accept If the product is damaged or It doesn't light up at all.


"Change of Mind" Returns

To keep our shipping fast and our prices low, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for "change of mind" once the order has been delivered in good working condition.
